Issue affecting a number of storage plans.

We are facing an issue on one of our storage server that keep storage VMs. A number of such VMs are affected.We are working on this and will provide updates on the status of the issue.

Update:

The issue has been resolved. We monitor the situation to make sure everything works as it should

We will be moving data from primary storage to secondary to increase performance on server. During the maintenace small interruptions may be noticed.

We are having routing issues on our IPv6 IPs. We are investigating it.

We are conducting emergency maintenance on one of our NVMe servers.

Inconvenience regretted

One of our storage servers got rebooted, and some VMS affected we are fixing it.

OS disk on SLV05 was dead

All vms were recovered on new OS disk

and all vms are up and running fine

We will perform routine upgrade to our servers which hosts SAN plans, Linux/Windows Special plans and Some of our Storage plans, from 6:30AM EST to 12:30PM EST On this time frame some of the VMs may go offline for few minutes as part of the upgrade process Thanks!

all vms on those affected servers will be up in 30 min

The node has networking issue and unfortunately the only way to fix it required rebooting

All VMs up and running 

only handful of VMs where rebooted due to this issue

One of our server got rebooted due to misconfiguration which doing server upgrade.
All the VMs on that server got rebooted.
All VMs on that server are up and running now

One of the servers rebooted itself due to misconfigured ntp server.
in xenserver pools if one of the servers is out of sync the pool will force restart it as protection action.

The issue has beenfixed and we are monitoring the situation

The maintenance window is finished and all VMs were intact except for 7 VMs that has been shut down and rebooted

Unfortunately the servers where in non-stable state after the upgrade so we restored the last working version.

We will relook into the issue and update you when needing new maintenance window

Dear servaRICA Customers,

Today at night we will do rolling update to most of our infrastructure.

The update is not service affecting update . So your VMs should be running normally.

Impact could be
1- you will have a downtime if your VM is not using latest Xenserver tools 
2- the performance of All VPSes will be a little bit affected as we will migrate the VMs to less number of servers to do the update

We are planning to do maintenance window that will affect some of our users

The total maintenance window is 4 hours but your VPS should not be unreachable more than 2 hours.
The maintenance will start Saturday 1/3/2014 10:00 PM EST and should finish in Sunday 2:00 AM EST 2/3/2014.
Our website and client area should be up and running during the maintenance.

Unless we face issues related to your VMs we will not reboot your VM during the maintenance window (your VM will just loose connectivity during the window due to it being in suspended state)
