We would like to inform you that we will be conducting network maintenance this Thursday, July 4th, between 6 PM and midnight EST .
Your VPS(s) will be inaccessible for 2 hours or less within that time window (the VMs will not reboot).
We are replacing the old switches in your VPS rack to ensure all switches are from the same vendor, which will enable extra features and improve performance.
If you have any questions, please send an email to support@servarica.com
Thanks,

Dear servaRICA Customers,
Today at night we will do rolling update to most of our infrastructure.
The update is not service affecting update . So your VMs should be running normally.
Impact could be
1- you will have a downtime if your VM is not using latest Xenserver tools
2- the performance of All VPSes will be a little bit affected as we will migrate the VMs to less number of servers to do the update
if you have any question please let us know
Thanks

Hi
We are planning to do maintenance window that will affect some of our users
The total maintenance window is 4 hours but your VPS should not be unreachable more than 2 hours.
The maintenance will start Saturday 1/3/2014 10:00 PM EST and should finish in Sunday 2:00 AM EST 2/3/2014.
Our website and client area should be up and running during the maintenance.
Unless we face issues related to your VMs we will not reboot your VM during the maintenance window (your VM will just loose connectivity during the window due to it being in suspended state)
By the way, We strongly recommend that you follow our pages in either Facebook or twitter or both at the following links
https://twitter.com/servarica
https://www.facebook.com/pages/ServaRICA-VPS-Hosting/132639476855419
We will announce When the maintenance is over by posting to Facebook, Twitter and announcement section of our client area.
ThanksservaRICA team
